Your entry fee allows for three individual works per artist. Please fill out the Application for Entry form below completely before submitting.

Upon submitting your Entry Form you will be directed to submit your $40 entry fee via PayPal. Entries without the accompanying entry fee will not be accepted. Rules:

1. All work must be original and have been completed within the last two years.
2. All work must be framed and/or ready for display, (subject to rejection upon receipt).
3. All accepted works must be delivered to and received by Midwest Biennial no later than Saturday, March 27, 2010. Works received later than March 27, 2010 may be disqualified from exhibition. Pick up date is June 6, 2010. If you cannot pick up your work on or before June 6, please make special arrangements with Midwest Biennial. Work not picked up within 30 days of June 6, 2010 will become the property of Midwest Biennial.
4. All work accepted and shipped to the Midwest Biennial must have prepaid return postage/shipping. Works delivered to the Midwest Biennial without prepaid return postage/shipping will not be returned and will become the property of Midwest Biennial.
5. Artists accepted into this exhibition need not be present to win.
6. Midwest Biennial will retain 30% of all sales during the term of this exhibit.
7. All artists submitting artwork for this exhibition must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the State of Wisconsin.
8. All accepted artists will be notified of their acceptance via email.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Midwest Biennial, reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and/or to waive any irregularities and/or accept any submittal it deems to be the Midwest Biennial’s best interest.
2. In its sole discretion, Midwest Biennial reserves the right to withdraw the Call for Artists without notice before or after receiving submittals, at which time all Entry Fees submitted will be returned.
3. In its sole discretion, Midwest Biennial may determine the qualifications and acceptability of any party or parties submitting responses to this Call for Artists.
4. Midwest Biennial shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by artists in association with this Call for Artists. Artists shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of required items.
5. This Call for Artists is made subject to correction, errors, and omissions.
6. Midwest Biennial reserves the right to reproduce any and or all images submitted for exhibition for promotional purposes only, now and in the future as it sees fit.
7. Midwest Biennial reserves the right at any time to issue a subsequent Call for Artists, cancel the entire Call for Artists, and/or remedy technical errors in the Call for Artist process.
8. All artists submitting artwork for this exhibition hold Midwest Biennial, its agents, subcontractors, underwriters, and volunteers forever harmless of any claims arising as a result of exhibiting artwork in this exhibition.
